Motivational Monday #2

Wow picking something to do in life is crazy HARD! I feel like there is so much pressure to find the perfect job/career/life path and to find it fast. I'm still not sure exactly what I'm going to do in my life, I am so interested in Social Work but also in something more creative (and slightly outrageous I know) like being a makeup artist. Who knows, either way, neither are very wealthy career options so I guess I'm supposed to think about that too? Probably, especially because I am planning on (not hoping, planning) to travel more around the world while I am young and I can. I don't even know. Although I was quite excited to learn from my social work teacher that social work is a rapidly growing career field so that is something. Maybe I could get my masters in that and then move to a beautiful city somewhere and get a job. Who knows? The point is that I hope that whatever I find myself doing in the future I can honestly say that I am interested and passionate about it.

Motivational Monday #1

I've been reading a certain blog for awhile now, and every week she does "Motivational Monday" where she puts a quote or a picture that is inspirational to her and then she talks about how she wants to use it in life. This is the blog- Sprinkle of Glitter

Anyway I decided that since I haven't blogged in like five million years that I could start doing that and it would be an easy way to blog in a positive way. :)

So....This is the first Motivational Monday.

This is something that I should be working on, especially right now. I came to college to keep growing and changing into someone I want to be, and I haven't been very good about. These past few weeks have been hard, being away from my family all alone out here. Honestly I haven't been having such a great attitude about it. Maybe I can just start by remembering that this experience is helping me to grow into who I need to be.
